Payment

We accept payment through:


1. Paypal: We had set up Paypal in our web side www. vhtravel.net you can Pay through www.vhtravel.net. Pay with Paypal you have to pay some fees (3.9%+0.3)


2. Cash, if you pay in cash please go to our office. Here is our office address


3. Transfer: To our bank account


We can accept the payment transfer through bank accounts.


We can also accept payment through any banks worldwide transfer to our bank in Vietnam.


For our bank detail you will get in the Confirm Letter


Note:


- Any services we will have a cofirm letter about the services, fees,  time-limit, payment period… So you only pay when get our confirm.


- After completing the payment for the visa processing service, you are kindly advised to email us (vanhuongco@gmail.com) the detailed payment receipt. Based on that receipt, when your money in our account we start processing the visa related procedures for you. And after 2-3 working days (applied for normal service) or 1 working day (applied for urgent service), we will send you the visa approval letter with code. Then you can get your visa stamped at the Vietnam International Airports or at the local Vietnam Embassy accordingly.


- The fee that you pay us is the fee for visa processing service ONLY. When picking the visa stamp up at the arrival airport or at the local Vietnam Embassy, you are required to pay for stamping fee. Please go into Visa Fee for detailed price list.
