The terms and conditions below apply to all of booking, services, ticketing, visa ... through your use of this  Website belong to www.vhtravel.net  and this web http://tourism-tovietnam.blogspot.com/

Accept Terms:

Please read the terms and conditions before using this site. If you object to any terms and conditions specified in this agreement,  you should not use any products or services on this Website.

Amendment:

vhtravel.net the right to change, modify or remove any part of the agreement or website without notice and no responsibility arising from that activity.


Online payment:

Online payment is an agreement you had agree to the use of payment services on the web page www.vhtravel.net of Van Huong Travel Services Trading Ltd., (VanHuong Travel) The customer clicks on the  "payment" means you have agreed to accept all the terms agreed upon in these sites. Note: you only have to pay directly when receiving the confirmation of: the service, the price ... from VanHuong Travel

Reservations:
Reservations can be sent by mail, fax, online or e-mail. Reservations effect when you receive a confirmation of VanHuong Travel and when you paid for VanHuong Travel.
Modify your booking must be notified and agreed by VanHuong Travel


Cancellation Terms:
Cancellation before 20 days without charge
Cancellations after 20 days charge a room from the first night
Cancellation after 5 days 100% charge
Cancellation without notice (No show) 100% charge
On festivals, all of the booking will not be canceled, no change, no refund. not be canc Holidays, Tdo not Note: Depending on the Hotel, in each booking will have separate cancellation

Air Ticket Booking:
You can send the booking by fax, online or e-mail. We will send you back to your booking to check and confirmation of ticketing issue, valid only when booking your ticket and confirmation of payment to Vanhuong Travel.
Amend your refund should be sent to inform us and agreed by VanHuong Travel. Ticket refund, ticket change fees to pay + service charge (if any). Refund, change day, time only has value when you have paid for VanHuong Travel.

Entry visa services:

Please send entry visa information via fax, online or e-mail us. Service entry visa is valid only when VanHuong Travel and send a confirmation when you pay service charges for VanHuong Travel. VanHuong Travel is not responsible in some cases as : Provides false information, delay, cancel tour, rooms, airline tickets ... your application form rejected by the Immigration Department of Vietnam this case we will refund you the amount paid to the correct  account which had transfer money to us . VanHuong Travel do not refunded to you the services fees if do you change your mind do not going in to Vietnam and the visa service performed.

Note: When entering Vietnam you bring two 4x6 photos and visa fee to receive.


Tours Booking:
Booking can be sent by mail, fax, online or e-mail. Booking is valid only when you receive a confirmation of VanHuong Travel and you have paid for VanHuong Travel.
Modify your booking must be to inform and agreed by Van Huong Travel

Privacy cancel tour:
Cancellation 30 days before the tour at no cost
Cancellations within 30 days 50% charge
Cancellation within 10 days tour to charge 100%
On festivals, all of the booking will not be canceled, no change, no refund.

Deposit:
Money sent non-refundable deposit 10% of the tour after booking confirmation of the customer. (If this amount is less than 2.100.000, 2.100.000 per person will apply). When the deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all the Terms and conditions. Have to pay  full of your trip and must be paid at least 1 month (30 days) before the start of the tour. In the event your payment does not reach our account before the due date, we have the right to cancel all reservations and contracts with us.

Cancellation and cancellation fees:

All cancellations, tours, room and other services before the effective date must be submitted in writing to notify VanHuong Travel via fax or email, we will send confirmation of  your information. Once all validation is complete VanHuong Travel will refund (if any) into your account which account you had paid to VanHuong Travel after deducting cancellation charges tour, hotel,  transfer fees .... VanHuong Travel will no refunds in case you bought registration tour, buy hotel rooms ... and have your payment but not come to the tour, to check in the hotel ....

Travel insurance:
Purchasing travel insurance for tours program. The compensation of damages apply in accordance with the insurance provider.

Documents and travel documents:
Tourist guide is sent via e-mail. Usually 48 to 72 hours after we have received a booking confirmation, tour ... and your deposit, we will send you the travel documents, confirm your reservation. You print out and bring and keep at the receipt .VanHuong Travel also require the following information: passport number, date of birth, and citizenship.

Exemption from liability:

VanHuongTravel not responsible in some case under here:

1) Any injury, loss or damages of passengers. Additional costs incurred by the delay or postponement, accidents, severe weather, political restrictions or any other cause shall be paid by the passengers.

2) For all the information that you provide.

3) On your information is stolen, the computer system is damaged during payment, lose your data due to problems such as natural disasters, fires, wars, diseases, marketing exit and entry, floods ....

4) Conditions airline schedule, schedule ... and may affect accommodation and itineraries.

Depending on each specific case, both sides VanHuong Travel and customers together to discuss and find the optimal method to solve in order to reduce losses at its lowest level for you
